Victor Oluremi Adedoyin is an experienced, successful entrepreneur, investor, and consultant uniquely combined with recognized skills and strengths in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Project Management, IT Systems Management, Telecommunications Management and Operation Management. Mr. Victor Oluremi Adedoyin has several successful full cycle growth experiences – from founding day to exit of his businesses - and broad private equity and venture creation experience in deal origination, valuation, and due diligence analysis as well as in negotiating, structuring, integrating, managing, and exiting acquisition investments. Mr. Oluremi Adedoyin also has deep experience in the
world of growth capital and brings the skill sets of leadership, strategic planning, operations, team building, culture development, and sales and marketing to the partner companies of Steersman Enterprises and its subsidiaries.
Prior to Steersman, Victor Oluremi Adedoyin was the Co-Founder and CEO of Pinnacle Group Ventures, a construction, real estate development and investment firm. Mr. Victor Oluremi Adedoyin drove the growth of the firm and developed residential and commercial properties as well as served the role of technology solutions advisor for Gateway Computers, Inc, a fortune 500 company. He is currently serving as director for angel and venture-backed technology startup firm. Mr. Victor Oluremi Adedoyin founded Carrier Sense, a strategic management, technology, project management and professional consulting firm based in Atlanta, GA, USA. Mr. Victor Oluremi Adedoyin has BSc in Computer Science from Jackson State University, Jackson, MS, USA and dual Master’s Degrees in Telecommunications Management and Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of Devry University. He is a member of the Network of Business Angels and Investors, USA and also a member of Project Management Institute.

Colin B. Adepoju is an entrepreneur, investor, author, publisher and a business management consultant. He is a qualified International life-coach who has written several motivational articles on both personal and business development. Colin B. Adepoju vast experiences sprang from different sector of the economy. His laudable attributes enables him to be quite adaptable to different changes, which gives him the experience he has learn from his failures and successes to help in the establishment of many start-up companies. Presently, he is a director in some organizations, also the founder of Untie Press (a self publishing company) and Managing Director of Powertountie Limited.
With a formal Higher Degree in Business Management from the Business School of Greenwich University (under the New Entrepreneur Scholarships Pilot Scheme), a member of many business institutions and with over a decade or more years in the business environment; some working as a business owner and having work for likes of Gucci, Selfridges and Debenhams (all in UK) in a management capacity combined with a work based experienced in different sector of the economy from Sales & Marketing, Media & Entertainment, Retail, Real Estate, Import & Export and Manufacturing.
